Vincent Egan has climbed his MIG-25 Jet Fighter above Moscow.
"A fantastic feeling of incredible power. There is a saying in the US that the faster you go the brighter the colors get. And I don't believe I have ever seen the colors that bright".
“This flight is one of the most exciting and unforgettable events in my life”, Mr. Egan said after his landing. “I anticipated a lot from the flight, but I could have hardly expected that this aircraft was able to demonstrate such a brilliant performance. No other airplane in the world could compete with “MiG-25” in the rate and capacity of climb".
Mr. Egan’s records of the flight include 25000 m height and 3300 km/hr speed, i.e. Mach 2.7. He has also executed a lot of aerobatic maneuvers.
